Who I Am


SpeakLeadership in Dallas is led by me, Earnest Loveless, a leadership coach and organizational consultant with more than 20 years inside organizations where results, safety, and deadlines all matter. I hold an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and specialize in practical development for managers and aspiring leaders.

How I Work

I combine academic rigor and hands-on experience to give leaders tools that fit real operations. The focus stays on how you think, communicate, and decide when the pressure is on. 


I design coaching, consulting, and workshops that respect shift schedules and keep people close to the work.

I believe leadership is the active process of deciding what happens next and explaining it clearly so people can move. 


Most leadership problems start as communication problems, and with honest feedback and simple tools, those problems can be fixed in ways that improve trust and performance.
